Let's glide together with the waves through a Vinyasa flow. The special thing about vinyasa yoga is the flowing movements, which are performed in sync with breathing. Tension and relaxation are achieved in equal measure. I offer variations in all exercises, so the group yoga is suitable for all levels. I am also very happy about yoga beginners.

Therapeutic Yoga


Yoga can have a positive effect on various diseases such as high blood pressure, respiratory diseases, mental illnesses, rheumatic diseases, osteoporosis and much more. 

In today's world, it is not uncommon for everyday work to result in a lack of movement as well as incorrect strain and the resulting bad posture. Many people suffer from restricted movement and the associated pain. Over time, this can lead to many chronic diseases.

Senior Yoga

Yoga is not about higher, faster or better. Yoga should be fun and good for the body and mind.
